With a diverse and robust background in both forestry operations and data-driven business intelligence, I bring an integrated approach to forest management and optimization. My educational foundation as a Forest Engineer from UFRRJ is complemented by an MBA in Project Management from USP and a specialized Diploma in Machine Learning from the University of Toronto. These credentials are further strengthened by advanced certifications in Data Analysis (Harve), Web Development (Harve), and Wood Supply Optimization using Woodstock Scheduler (Remsoft).

Throughout my career, I've gained hands-on experience in forest harvesting operations at Fibria, where I developed a strong understanding of ground-level operational efficiency. At Suzano, I advanced to project management and operational development, honing my ability to lead projects that optimize resources and improve processes. My role in forestry planning and wood supply optimization at Bracell allowed me to implement strategic frameworks for sustainable resource management, leveraging data analysis and optimization tools to meet supply chain demands.

Currently, I consult in Business Intelligence through my firm, Solvepecker Consulting, where I leverage my expertise in SQL, Power BI, and Python to deliver actionable insights and tailored solutions across various industries. My skill set combines operational knowledge with technological innovation, making me uniquely positioned to drive impactful, data-informed decisions that enhance resource management, optimize processes, and support strategic growth for diverse business needs.
